Bought this for birthday present and initially very pleased with product. However after only a week of use a 1cm split in the seam appeared. On contacting the seller, they suggested it was due to misuse and refused any replacement or refund as it was outwith the 28 week guarantee (which is fair enough, but had only been gifted the week before so previously unopened). Repaired original split but 24 hours later a new split appeared on same seam at different location suggesting a manufacturer fault
