  Items as described and quality is good. Sent quickly but packing was poor and the entire top of the envelope was torn open - it was lucky that the tools were still inside. I'd suggest stronger envelopes or adding wide packing tape to the ends of the packages to combat any shipping issues that may occur for your buyers

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER ============================ Item arrived with minimal packaging and no instructions. Battery life was very poor 3hrs. I contacted the seller, asking for a replacement. I was offered an insulting £3 credit. Eventually I got a refund and and the reason given was not the poor quality of the item but "Unfortunately, the seller had to cancel your order due to the following reason: Something was wrong with the buyer's delivery address."" which is an utter fabrication.

  I bought this item based upon the description and price and it arrived on schedule, but the foam adapter was a different adapter to the main pressure washer. As free numerous emails and video correspondence the seller agreed that what they supplied was wrong so gave me a £10 refund, so I still have a product that only does 50% of what the seller advertised. Never Again. 🤬
