Sent quickly but packing was poor and the entire top of the envelope was torn open - it was lucky that the tools were still inside. I'd suggest stronger envelopes or adding wide packing tape to the ends of the packages to combat any shipping issues that may occur for your buyers

Battery life was very poor 3hrs. I contacted the seller, asking for a replacement. I was offered an insulting £3 credit. As free numerous emails and video correspondence the seller agreed that what they supplied was wrong so gave me a £10 refund, so I still have a product that only does 50% of what the seller advertised.
