    Had an issue with these penalties as I received normal ink flet pens not acrylics as advertised I complained and requested an exchange I received refund of just less than half price And had to order actual acrylic pens from a different seller but after 3 weeks and an apparent dismissal of the customer care person I was originally dealing with the customer service dept inboxed me to say the had fired the person dealing with my exchange request for having a bad attitude I finally have refund
