After ordering the same shed from a large well known online retailer (buyitdirect) who after 5 weeks completely failed to deliver the shed, I ordered it from Bestshed on a Sunday and after being asked when was a good day for delivery, received the shed on the Thursday. The quality of the shed and instructions are as you'd expect from a manufacturer with Shires reputation. Very quick personal service wins against big "call centre" customer service.
