  Seller Apologised for all of the inconvenience caused and has shared that this transaction was overlooked, due to being so busy in the shop. I am not a difficult person but in line with their apology, I can see they mean well and their error is forgiven. They communicate very well and judging by their other Feedbacks, they seem to be good Sellers. Even though this transaction did not work out, I Thank-you for your services and I do hope this error helps you to become better, as a Seller.

  To All Buyers ! Please beware when dealing with this Seller ! I was misled for 3 x weeks for replacement of damaged item. EBAY stepped in and Refunded immediately. Seller asked me to remove NEGATIVE, being a Mother and little Daughter in a busy shop and £10 refund for all trouble caused. Pulling on my Heart Strings, I changed it. NO Thanks NO £10 Extra NO Feedback. Again, Lies continued for 3 weeks. I ended this with being Truthful about their conduct towards Sellers. Trust EBAY To Help !
