Original review was critical of an image: resolved; product as pictured and as described. Pad Info: Not for oversized server CPUs (like on R730); ~3.5W/m.k thermal paste performed ~7C better there (likely due to pad s higher thermal resistance). Easy application/removal. Verify 30x30x.05mm fit prior.
