Part of my order was noticed to be damaged at point of dispatch , Seller informed me and was honest about the situation but unfortunately could not supply an alternative item . I was given the choice to cancel the order or just have the undamaged item sent which is what i choose . I received a partial refund immediately at this point and the undamaged part arrived very quickly . I would have no hesitation on purchasing again from this seller as these things can happen .
