Seller informed that a replacement had to be delivered within 2 days as the bathroom fitters was on site and scheduled to finish that weekend. Seller says that the delivery company tried but failed to deliver the replacement item a day later. No missed delivery card was left. Replacement item has now been delivered but put a time and financial delay on the project.
