I purchased breeding pairs of guppies for over $100 and recieved dead shrimp and dead bettafish... seller won't refund or accept return. Won't respond to messages. Having to ask eBay to step in. They should not be selling fish. They packaged the fish in actual trash. Not just bad packing, actual garbage was used as padding. Plastic packaging leftovers, bits of fiberglass.... I’ve had good luck using USPS when I pay the extra for live animals, depending on distance and cost.Sometimes not luck by delay by Priority mail and lost 100% fish , this is not pair....

Not sure if it is "high quality" but for the price I paid, it was worth it. Packaging was done with care, order also came 2 days earlier than expected. Only complaint is one guppy had a bent spine. All in all a great experience, I will order again IF all my fish survive the next month. Ignore the bad reviews and give them a chance to make it right to you.
