Original Xbox arrived as depicted, but was damaged in shipping, with the front of the shell shattered in multiple places. I contacted the seller and they quickly responded, first with an offer of a replacement shell from another Xbox, or a partial refund. I chose the latter as I already found a replacement shell, and thankfully had purchased the Xbox to mod it anyway.
