The Teatime Nanci blind box I received was not authentic. The box itself was missing the usually Rolife sticker, and even the back had the wrong product name listed. When I opened the box, the figure was not in the usual opaque bag but in a see through plastic bag. The quality of the figure itself was also extremely poor. When I contacted the seller to relay my concerns and ask for a refund, I was told the figure was real and was instead offered a partial refund. This has been disappointing.
