The item I ordered was due to be sent by Hermes. The tracking information showed that Hermes received it shortly after the order was placed but then they just didn t deliver it. The seller issued a refund promptly when requested to do so. The seller and their customers would be better off using a different carrier but I can t complain about the service I received from the seller.
