  Advertised as “basket with pull out rail” but arrived without rail, so therefore useless. The seller offered to send the rail but then didn’t bother. They have an “out of office” auto reply until 2025. I opened an eBay case as the seller wouldn’t respond to me and was advised I didn’t have to do anything & that it would be sorted - please see attached transcript. It hasn’t been sorted so I’ve spent £26 on a useless piece of metal. A waste of money for my child’s wardrobe 😟. AVOID!!
