Turn around time was about a month ( as mentioned and expected in the listing) Fixed my GPU and gave a detailed response in regards to what was broken and what repairs were made. Total cost was just over £100, certainly worth it if the cost of a new one is a lot more.

Great company with ethical and transparent service. Proactive communication and service delivered on time and as promised. I had an RTX 3090 EVGA card serviced as it wouldn't be fully recognized anymore by GPU-Z. Turned out it needed cleaning and replacement of thermal pads. Was made aware of corrosion issues at some areas of the card which has put me off re-selling it. Didn't have great expectations on restoring the card but they managed to get it back to life.
