When I first received the storage container the item was broken. I messaged the seller via eBay and sent a couple of photos. They responded really quickly, within a couple of hours , stating they’d send me a replacement and asked for a couple of photos of the packaging. Which I supplied. Ordered item on 12th seller said dispatched on13th (untracked) Order due 15-16th never arrived!! Emailed eBay they reacted very quickly to solve the issue. The same day I had an email saying money refunded BUT no explanation why the item was not delivered. Surely the seller could have emailed saying sorry for the inconvenience and give an explanation as to why they never sent the item. Poor communication and a total lack of customer service

Absolute Chaos. To start with they didn't have the colour, it was damaged at the warehouse, they did ask if I wanted a refund or a different choice, which was fair enough however the chaos didn't stop there. It took a fair while for the item to be dispatched and then got lost in transit, giving a confusing picture as to status, as it was delivered to a different address given incorrectly by the warehouse overall the experience was not great although I can't actually fault for their actions
