  unfortunately item arrived with damaged thread so requested replacement / refund, initial offered half the original cost price, i felt this unacceptable so asked for full refund as item was unfit for purpose, full refund was issued as i expected, seller said would contact supplier to check quality, they are mass produced so this is expected.
