WOW great deals and offered 20% off , seller shipped fast and items were new and as described , but this is some of the worst shipping ive ever seen , lucky i was in the same state or i doubt my item would have made it intact . I mean old news paper is free why not put something in the box and make sure items are secure , and is a foot of packing tape really that expensive . Seems like a good seller , but VERY LAZY shipping . Dude get your stuff together , if you hate your job quit .

On a scale of 1 to 5, this seller was a 10+. I would absolutely buy from them again. The order came very quickly but was a 20-piece set instead of the 45-piece set I ordered. When I asked for the additional pieces, the seller said they did not have another set to send me. So they let me keep the 20-piece set and fully refunded my payment. I am impressed with their generosity and will follow them closely so that I can buy from them again. Such excellent service deserves to be rewarded!

The hat is nice just as described, but it wasn't packed well. The box was a reused Amazon box instead of a more sturdy cardboard box. So the hat got crushed a bit. I'm gonna try to steam it back to shape. The sellers communication was good, and the shipping was fast. I would use this seller again.
