Somehow, the tax fee that eBay collected and said they was forwarding to my import duties office in my country was bugged. Im not sure, but I think some sort of repacking messed up the labelling on the envelope (got it in an envelope in an envelope, outer one from UA). Ended up having to pay tax and fees of 7 USD, so have paid taxes twice and have no way of reaching out to seller or eBay to get it sorted. The sticker is ok, but shipping led it to cost me 3x original price.

Delivery time was ok with this purchase, not next day but well within 10 days which is my benchmark for acceptable. My item was suitably & frustration-freely packaged (like not wrapped in a roll of parcel tape). I haven't installed or tried it yet but it's exactly as described & therefore as I expected it to be, so I have no reason to doubt it's functionality. So worthy of 5*.
