  The Steinbach Chief Red Cloud Nutcracker was packed with extreme care which I was so glad to see because USPS put it on my stoop for 12 hours while it was raining when I requested to pick my things up at the post office. Upon opening it was perfect. It arrived exactly as described. We enjoy going to The Blackhills in South Dakota to visit the bison herd in Custer State Park. The Chief will be a wonderful addition to our bison and plains Indian holiday items. Great communication. Great seller!
