And we offered to get you one a day after the date eBay gave and you advised you no longer needed so i don't believe this is a fair review given we contacted you twice to get a resolution for you.     Definitely do not buy from this seller , avoid buying the bifold doors , they are extremely cheap quality, they where delivered damaged , after weeks of waiting , glass was scratched, also the powder coating , and apparently I’m being sent a touch up kit , even the glass kite marks are wrong , save yourself a headache and use another eBay seller and told they’d tried calling me several times to discuss, my phone has never rang , delivery driver was one man , had to get several neighbours to help

    No … this was a mess around from the start I don’t even leave bad feedback .. but I told you I needed the doors you said you lost the order then said they would be 2 weeks .. never came and then you wanted a deposit over the phone .. after you left me an answer phone message with girls laughing in the background.. mate you was acting fully Dodgy and I ain’t got time for that you wasted 6 weeks of my life … over doors you state 2 weeks Delivery.. I would not buy from you ever again !!!

    Placed my order on September 1st did not receive the bifold doors till the 14th of October they wanted to deliver on the 26th of October but I further complained and they changed it to the 14th of October. very poor communication and very rude bad experience be warned.

    I hope know other company has to deal with this customer. Absolute lies! requested a bespoke order which clearly states 4-6 weeks on the listing. and then threating to come to our office a punch our 18 year old receptionist as she would not give him a discount for trade. One of our worst customer experience in 8 years! its a good job our 400+ customers a month are happy and we don't have to deal with this type often. If you are a seller of any type Ovoid this Man.
