I loved this cream and sugar bowl set. Unfortunately when I opened the box it arrived in, the creamer was broken into several pieces. I contacted seller via eBay and they refunded my money within an hour or two. No questions asked. I will buy from this seller again. What I bought arrived within a few days of me ordering. It appeared to me that they prepared the items good for shipping to protect them. I'm not sure what happened to them during shipping. I do recommend this seller.

Amazing price!! I was a little skeptical but thought, what the heck. I gotta say, I’m extremely happy! I mean like legit happy! Shipping was pretty quick and the items were packaged extremely well! Seriously, that was a huge surprise. Most people throw stuff in a box and throw a plastic bag. Some add some fluff to the package, but Big Bear Treasure made sure to securely bubble wrap each figure and put them (I ordered 2) in a box that actually fit the items well. Each figure was mint! Thank you!
