BUT I didn’t have one single issue. The seller responded to my messages in a timely manner and a few days after purchasing was sent the CORRECT tracking number that matched my FedEx alert tracking number….My chairs arrived and were shipped straight from Lifetime. They’re the cutest! Amazing quality and worth every penny. I absolutely love them and so does my little guy! They’re perfect!

AND FEDEX SAID MY ADDRESS WAS NOT ON THE PACKAGE SO I COULD NOT ASK FOR HELP! THE BOX MEASUREMENTS WERE TOO SMALL AND TOO HEAVY FOR MY ITEM. AT LEAST THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY BEFORE THE “DELIVERY DATE”, BUT HOW ODD! THEY CALLED IT A SYSTEM GLITCH LOL THIS WAS A CRAZY EXPERIENCE. IMO SOME KIND OF SCAM GOING ON. Saying item shipped fake tracking number it never shipped. Missed delivery date now all of a sudden it lost so they're going to give me a credit and they can't ship it back out. They don't have it at all I have a feeling they just wanted my credit card information because now they're going to commit fraud on my account. eBay is doing nothing to protect you from the seller!! Seller gave FAKE tracking # (pkg size too small to be this item). FedEx said “delivered,” but nothing came. I told seller, who said “lost in transit” and “long time” to replace, though listing said 10 units avail. Once item was back in stock on AMZN, seller shipped me replacement from Amazon. Seller violated eBay drop-shipping policy by listing item not in their possession at premium, then buying it from Amazon “for” me.
