  The knee TENS machine I ordered was not delivered and my seller lost no time in chasing this up, and keeping me informed as to progress. Ultimately a duplicate item was posted via a different delivery company immediately I informed the seller of my urgent need for the machine. When package received it was well, but not excessively, wrapped. This seller could not have been more accommodating in wanting to help. I would not hesitate to order from him again. Excellent.

Please note, due to the weight of this product the Ebay collection point at Argos would not accept the parcel.   the seller despatched an item incorrectly. I ordered a towel rail, two hooks, and a toilet roll holder. Two towel rails were received instead of the hooks. I contacted them and they have sent me the two hooks today. I still have the towel rail sent in error and hope they will send me a postage label so I can return it. Speedy response to my problem
