    Very fast shipping; it took less than a week for this package to arrive from Japan to California. The packaging was very secure, with lots of packing protection. The mute was in much better condition than expected; it could have been listed as used, like new. I'd say this was very worthwhile, as it was ~$30 cheaper than other stores and sellers.

    This item cost me an extra £120 in import duties. It's my fault as I didn't read all the information on the item page and I missed the information at the very bottom of the item description (not in the postage section) when I sent a query about this to the seller they were immediately aggressive unnecessarily so it was not a good experience. The item is amazing and exactly as advertised but please be ready for extra cost! It also arrived very fast considering it came from Japan!
