    Boots arrived FOLDED up in a poly mailer with no box and absolutely no protection. I paid $16.77 for shipping!! They were all creased & impossible to get the creases out. I requested a return, seller refunded quickly but then harassed me demanding I send them back. I requested a prepaid label (as it is not my responsibility to pay for shipping back a damaged item) and they refused. 0/10 customer service
