  Prior to purchasing the item from this seller, I asked them a few times to confirm where this item was manufactured. Each time, this seller assured me as to where it was made but upon receiving the item, it was not made where the seller stated. This type of lazy communication from the seller’s side is not acceptable. Be cautious with this seller so that they don’t waste your time with false information and the effort of having to repackage the item and bring to the USPS for return delivery.

  I never received a tracking number, and I got no response to the two emails I sent inquiring about the pillow. Ended up contacting ebay for help and they got my money back for me. Thought this was a good seller because of their rating. Not a good seller in this case. I can't rate this product because I never received it. I had to mark something in the rating to leave feedback.
