  I ordered 12 halogen bulbs for £9.99—two arrived smashed, thanks to the seller’s shoddy, inadequate packaging. I politely requested a pro rata refund of £1.67 and sent two follow-up emails, but received no reply. Returning the bulbs is more of a hassle than they’re worth—exactly what this seller is banking on.
