  The items are as described and seem to be good quality. I had one parcel not arrive but the seller was quick to help and send out a replacement. They were very friendly to speak with and worked hard to improve the buyer's experience. Like I mentioned, had a problem with the first one not arriving but the seller swiftly fixed it by sending out a replacement without extra charge. They were easy to communicate with the whole time too. I'm happy with my order.

  AVOID! I ordered the mixed pack of favour bags, yet received more black than any other colour & no purple or orange. I raised this with the seller who launched into daily single messages before saying that they would rectify the problem. Today I received 11 purple bags & still not a single orange bag! PLUS, they were horribly wrapped & creased. 1st pic is what was advertised, 2nd pic is what I received. AVOID!

  Initially took a while for the seller to ship the order. When they did I received the wrong item. I contacted the seller who immediately resent the correct item and arrived within 48 hours so credit where credit is due. Balloons are good quality and you can’t complain really given the price. All shipped in nice looking bags and are in good condition.

  Absolutely brilliant seller. I had issues with my original order.
