    Welcome to our family-run store! My name is Fahad, and my wife is a dedicated children’s nurse. We’re a small family from the UK with four beautiful children, ages 7, 5, 3, and our new born Baby. Our journey began with a passion for creating something meaningful for our family and others. We started out selling toys, but after facing legal issues and a few bad purchases, we decided to shift our focus. We took a leap of faith, invested in an embroidery machine and high-quality clothing, and started fresh. The support we’ve received from customers has been truly amazing, and we’re incredibly grateful. To show our appreciation, we now include a small Skittles gift with every 20th order. It’s our way of saying thank you for helping our dream grow. We’re committed to offering top-quality products, spreading joy, and building something lasting.     Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify for future customers the listing clearly states that the advertised price covers personalised text embroidery (Only 2 lines each line Max 10 letters). Logo embroidery requires a separate onetime setup fee, as explained in the massage. At the time of purchase, "No Embroidery" was selected in this purchase & the buyer had not paid for logo embroidery. Once the misunderstanding was clarified, we promptly issued a full refund at the buyer’s request
