  Wow, what an amazing eBayer! I was initially put off by low feedback but was reassured by eBay just in case. I bought a New (opened) i-Phone 13 Pro 256gb. I received email updates, pre-despatch to shipping. I received the phone in 10 working days. It arrived in bubble packaging. The phone was in it's original box with a charging lead & a sim removal tool. I also received a 2 pin 20w charger & a 3 pin adaptor separately in the package. The phone was as described.   Item arrived to UK mainland quicker than estimated by seller - in 13 days, compared to estimated 16 to 35 days. Samsung S23 phone arrived brand new, sealed in original packaging. Only issue was language set to Korean/ Chinese on start-up screen (easy to change), and Samsung keyboard used Korean characters - fixed by selecting Manage input language, and disable Korean language.
