I'm not normally the kind of person who leaves a review but I must give credit where it's due. I can honestly say Mark provided excellent customer service: - Firstly, a mistake with the address was remedied swiftly before the parcel was sent out. - Second, a piece missing from a sprue was replaced with a spare at no extra cost within a couple of days. I will be looking to Big Mek Workshop first for any Warhammer bits or sprues in future.
