    Two of the pens delivered either did not work or ran out of ink within minutes. I contacted the seller who was happy to send 4 pens in replacement. Postage from Ireland is very slow, and I had thought he had forgotten, but no, the postal service eventually delivered. The seller has also promised to send another set of pens to me as compensation for the poor service provided by the postal service. I commend the seller for caring for his customer above profit. Good value and look of the pens.
