    Although I was happy with the seller and how professional they were, these webcams were both defective and had to be returned. A full refund was issued immediately, without fuss. I do not need a new webcam at this time, but when I do I will re-order from this excellent seller. The "condition" has recorded as "good" but this is incorrect. Nevertheless, I have no problems or complaints with this seller; the manufacturer has obviously been at fault sending substandard products, not the seller.
