  Didn't receive the item as seller advised of a problem with delivery,so offered a refund which I accepted as needed a heater ASAP for my tank. Refund received quickly.So although seller effectively cancelled the order, their communication was good and my money was back in my account quickly,I would use this seller again.

  The comb would definitely do its job well if I actually received the package after ordering and paying. Unfortunately, evri didn't deliver the package properly. From what I know, they have tried to deliver it at least once, because I wasn't at home that time (27th march) and the courier immediately returned the item for return. He should do that twice. I contacted the company. Fortunately, the seller was understanding. I received a refund. Despite the fact that I didn't receive the comb through.
