    I ordered four & the seller had wrapped them so poorly in such flimsy boxes with no bubble wrap at all, that two of the items had fallen out of the box during delivery. Then the seller refused to give a refund for the missing items, so now eBay are having to step in to resolve the issue. Even more bizarrely they'd stuffed one of the boxes with a tub of skin cream (I presume to make up the weight) so I think this seller actually never included all four items in the first place. Defintely a scam.

    As per many other negative reviews left for this seller, item arrived damage due to poor packaging. A glass item was posted in a flimsy cardboard box arrived, wet & sodden with lid open & glass scratched & damage. Now with ebay for full refund as seller not cooperating with correct return packaging. Avoid.

    I ordered 3 triple storage units. Only received 1 of the 3. The 1 that I did receive has quite a few parts missing….. it was unusable without the missing parts. Having contacted the seller many many times with no suitable solution being offered, I eventually raised the issue with EBay. Within 48 hrs, the seller offered a full refund. I wouldn’t purchase from this company again.
