Seller used multiple types of foam in the packaging to make sure the item arrived as described. My only nit pick is that I had to contact the seller myself to find out about a delay in shipping, not the sellers fault as the postal service was on strike; would’ve been nice if he contacted me first, but heck I am really nit picking here. If the need arrives, I will order again with no fear. Good seller!

I paid a fraction of a new one. On a side note, Post-Canada took almost 3 week to deliver the package. Australian post got it to canada within a week. Wish we could avoid Post-Canada...

By buying and using the part with what I already had I saved hundreds of dollars that was fantastic. The part was a true Suzuki part not a reproduction. I will be buying lots more parts from this wrecker the parts turned up quickly and safely
