The product was as advertised and fairly priced. This is a good company to deal with.If I was to order anything else from them though, I would contact them about alternate shipping.They use DHL ground (as do most German companies) and shipping to Canada is very slow. I don't feel it's the companies fault, they processed the order quite quickly, but it took over a month to arrive. the next time I order from them I will explore the costs of shipping by air.
