Inaccurate item description. Upon receiving the item and contacting the seller, the seller admitted that mistake was made on THEIR part by incorrectly listing the item (gloves) , BUT refused to cover the return shipping costs. “Now it’s your problem and you should deal with it” attitude is what you expect to get from this business! That’s what I call an “exceptional” customer service & building a lasting relationships with customers. Keep that in mind when ordering from this seller.

Dear customer, what you have written there is simply not the case. We have admitted we sent you a NEW more improved version of the gloves that you ordered thinking we were doing a good gesture for you, but you wanted the older gloves which is not an issue, we asked you to return the gloves to our address as it had been delivered by the eBay Global Shipping Programme, so that we could refund you in full and also refund your postage costs. We could not supply a return label outside of the UK.
