The item itself was as described and brand new in a sealed shipping bag although despite paying extra postage for quicker delivery it unfortunately arrived 2 days later then expected. Initially there was a problem with the delivery ( but that Evri for you) after contacting the seller, they were very professional and quick to resend and items came two days later, great service and would use again. Haven't fitted the parts as yet but look like a direct replacment and for a fair price.

The quality of the parts washer was adequate for the price and I would say good value. The product arrived in good condition despite Evri's attempted at damaging it. I do not like Evri, they often deliver stuff with damaged packaging. Other than their choice of courier I would recommend this company. Fast dispatch, good communications and well packaged. It survived Evri!

Ordered 2 tyres, when arrived 1 was the wrong size ,contact the seller, no problem could arrange replacement ,bit of a faff returning and receiving the replacement and waiting for the replacement item , however price is good and problem sorted in the end
