The merchant did not update the checking information after delivery, resulting in the gloves in the customs detention for 2 weeks, unable to declare. And there was not a single response before ebay officially intervened, despite my repeated attempts to contact the merchant. Although there is no problem with the quality of the gloves, the attitude of the merchants makes me unable to praise.

One of the bags is warped and not sure how it passed quality control. I contacted seller who abruptly told me something about how they've been selling them a long time and not had an issue. I sent a reply with photos and asked if I can just simply return one of the bags in store for an exchange. no response. Follow up with another message, no response. Lodged a return w/ ebay instead. Quality of items has gone down hill and customer service is pretty terrible. Used to be a great business.

We have already inform the customer to select return via eBay at our cost and send us back for refund. What more we can do to resolve as this was the last set in studded option.
