    I cannot believe how amazingly helpful Andy was- I spoke to him 14 hours ago and my parcel is here.. he was so responsive and helpful and much cheaper than what I paid from a different large online company that needed 5 days delivery- will always come to Andy first now

    Tyres are new, and as described. Great value for a twin pack. Wanted fastest delivery but although processed same day, the delivery upgrade was not actioned... As soon as I saw the tracking and realised I alerted the seller and my delivery charge was refunded without question. So bike now back in action albeit 2days later than hoped. Would use seller and service again as good honest service is fine... We all make mistakes.
