Parcel force stated that they attempted to deliver and then an hour after said that they advised me to collect my order from the post office. Both are false, I was in at home all day, no one rang my intercom or left any card/instructions of which post office to go,i had to make my on inquiries at different post offices before being successful in collecting the item. Not pleased with parcel force courier at all.
