It’s looks perfect. It was packed to withstand a nuclear blast and it sustained no damage in shipping. It was easy to assemble, until we got to the floater pads screw things. They were very hard to fit in. I hope we put them in the right way, there were no directions for those. But we are intrepid and we figured it out. I absolutely love it. The chairs do not look gray, as in one of the pictures. Flax describes the color perfectly . Thanks.

This eBay seller is a hustler. He will only sell auction items when he feels he has got enough for the item. Otherwise he will make excuses and say that he has already sold the item. He has done this before and a warning to any potential buyers placing a bid on one of his auctions, he will do it again. You are completely making this up out of whole cloth. The listing stated we don't ship outside the USA. You are in the UK. Stop making things up! Where are the auction listings you speak of? WE DON'T DO AUCTIONS. Where is this other buyer's experience? Cowboy seller with nearly 40k positive feedback?
