    The item hasn't arrived. It was due between 3 and 8 October but wasn't marked as dispatched until the 8th. It's now the 18th. The only response I've ever had from the seller was on Oct 7 which was "dispatched soon." I'll now have to pay for a second MOT because I've gone past the 10 days you have to fix a fault after a failed MOT. No response when I opened a dispute either and they have my £65. The seller's service doesn't match its profile description which promises a quick service.

    Item arrived late, not just to myself but to the delivery pick up point, 3days after dispatch. Item description says when the lid is open the EarPods will automatically pair, maybe I’m doing something wrong but there’s no lid. No response from the seller to try and sort the delivery issue out after I’d messaged 3 times. All in all a pretty poor service, I just hope the pods are to the standard stated in the description. I have my doubts.
