    “Bag arrived with numerous scratches to the hardware, which weren’t described or listed. I requested a return, but the seller only offered a partial refund, so I had to open a case. I returned the bag via tracked delivery, but the seller wouldn’t confirm receipt to trigger the refund. I had to appeal the case with eBay to get my money back. Dishonest and sketchy experience — I wouldn’t buy from this seller again.”

    Most unfair feedback ever, item was as described and buyer didn’t return the item on time even after escalating to eBay still doesn’t return in the time frame. Real Shame as it looks like she wanted bag and money.
