    Had a bad experience with seller. I did get a refund through Ebay. The item did not arrive the seller said he sent it but the tracking information said it had not been sent. It's ashame because the item only cost £5.89 would have been better customer relations to have sent it again. If it was £100 item then I would have understood. We are all not thieves who buy from them, there feedback was good so I wouldn't of bought from them if it had been a bad rating.

    We are sorry you didnt have a great experiance with us, your item was processed and dispatched within the 1 day as we advertise. Small items are sent using a tracked service which becomes active once a delivery attempt has been made. Royal Mail ask us to allow 10 working days for them to deliver items before we claim/refund. Items that are larger/very high value ar sent either fully tracked or next day. Sadly RM it seems had lost your parcel which is why you was refunded after the allocated time
