Our owner is Dave Loughran who has over 40 years in the industry and was the founder of Planet X bikes and Planet X was all about great products at great prices cutting out the middlemen and that’s a tradition we are continuing with at Banana Industries .

Dave has long standing relationships with leading brands and manufacturers and started in the bicycle business in 1989 before setting up Planet X bikes, on-one and relaunching iconic UK brand Holdsworth .
He sold Planet X bikes 4 years ago and has recently acquired banana industries and that’s why we are now able to offer deals “too good to be true “

    Price was fair. Communication was scant/responses minimal when I inquired about the way-longer-than-expected transit time. Seller was not helpful/ignored questions about whether I should expect to pay duties given our *unique* US tariff laws. Finally arrived with a deep scratch in the metal, ignored my message when I mentioned that the item was damaged during customs inspection. should have been packed better. No return offered even though they advertised returns. Wouldn't buy from again.

    Hi, You send one email asking how long the delivery would take you had a reply from us also the stem was packed in 3 layers of cardboard with picture before posing it. Customs had removed the cardboard with a Sharpe knife and scratched the stem with the point of the knife. You purchased through eBay global shipping which they sent all the messages about tariffs. there was no return offered as you accepted the refund instead, We dont want your return custom thank you
