Our owner is Dave Loughran who has over 40 years in the industry and was the founder of Planet X bikes and Planet X was all about great products at great prices cutting out the middlemen and that’s a tradition we are continuing with at Banana Industries .

Dave has long standing relationships with leading brands and manufacturers and started in the bicycle business in 1989 before setting up Planet X bikes, on-one and relaunching iconic UK brand Holdsworth .
He sold Planet X bikes 4 years ago and has recently acquired banana industries and that’s why we are now able to offer deals “too good to be true “

    Definitely looks well made, the appearance is perfect, the condition is brand new but not in retail packaging but very well packaged for delivery and the value is outstanding. The description doesn't mention that it also has the bolts to attach it to the forks! I should have asked as I bought some for £5 and I didn't need to! I am very happy with my purchase! People might moan about the postage cost but DPD aren't cheap and you get constant map updates which I would rather pay the premium for!
