    When this item arrived I had to send numerous photos as the writing is blurred due to a snowing effect font-very different from the picture. I contacted the seller who made me feel like I was being pedantic. Told me they’ve never had any complaints. Told me they’d have to find the font they’ve shown in their sales picture and resend item. A month on and still no replacement or contact from seller. Disappointed as I’ve used them previously.
