  Wrong item sent. Contacted seller and was told the item I ordered “couldn’t be found in their stockroom”. They invited me to keep the wrong item they sent which was a nice gesture but ultimately useless. I now have to keep typing because eBay won’t allow me to leave a shorter review blah blah blah blah blah blah

  The buyer was fully refunded and allowed to keep the item sent at no cost. We communicated promptly and tried to resolve the situation fairly, despite the original item being out of stock. Disappointing to receive negative feedback after issuing a refund and providing a free item.
